Often, yes. Children With Hair Loss accepts color-treated and bleached hair in good condition. The other organizations have different restrictions—our questionnaire helps narrow it down.
The donation itself needs to meet the organization’s minimum, not your total hair length. We also leave enough length for your finished style. Your stylist checks this before cutting.
We’ll talk through your options before any cut. The donation discount depends on eligibility; your stylist would confirm the haircut price first.
A donation may be combined with other ponytails. We can share shipment information, but cannot promise a named recipient or a photo. Hair We Share offers a separate paid tracking program.
